Belair Mansion
The Belair Mansion was once home to Samuel Ogle, the Governor of Maryland, and his wife; way back in 1745. This mansion has significant appeal to any history buff, especially those who are concerned with the history of the state. Even fans of horse racing can find interest here, as William Woodward, a horseman who produced 2 Triple Crown winners once owned it. This is fun that most appeals to an older crowd, so maybe don’t bring the kids. Read about Where to Have Fun in Bowie, MD here.
