I recently called G & R Plumbing to come out and install my brand new water heater. Since I was so satisfied with the job, I wanted to leave a review. I have broken the review out into the three qualities that are most important to me in a plumbing company: service, aptitude, and price.

Service – 5 out of 5 stars. I have worked with some plumbing companies in the past that weren’t so friendly, but G & R truly made me feel like family. The dispatcher was courteous, and the plumber was punctual and friendly. I could tell that the people at this company care about their jobs and their customers. I appreciate the fact that I was not made to wait around.

Aptitude – 5 out of 5 stars. These guys really know what they are doing. My plumber was quick about his work and installed my water heater successfully. Haven’t had a single issue with it. The plumber even gave me some helpful maintenance tips.

Price – I give G & R Plumbing 5 out of 5 stars on pricing as well. They actually charged me less than I was expecting for a service like this, and there were no hidden fees.

Overall – 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!  -Nick C.

I have nothing but good things to say about G & R Plumbing. They treated me better than any plumber I have ever worked with. I am new to the area, and when my shower drain got clogged, I had no idea who to turn to. Luckily, I called a coworker who recommended G & R Plumbing.

The service technician came out quickly, and got my drain unclogged right away. I appreciated his promptness and his friendliness, and the fact that he was willing to explain what he was doing. I even appreciated the little things, like the fact that the service technician carried all of his tools with him on his truck. He was able to find the right tools immediately, and get to work.

I especially appreciated the fact that G & R Plumbing has a flat rate fee. I have had plumbers gauge me in the past, and I was leery about calling a plumbing company in a new city. I was relieved to see that G & R’s prices are both fair and affordable. I hope I do not have to call a plumbing company again in the near future, but if I do, I know who I will call. 5 out of 5 stars.  –Harold V.

I wanted to get a water softener installed in my house, but I was worried that it might turn into a big project. After the service techs at G & R plumbing installed my water softener, I realized that I did not have to worry at all. Not only did they get the water softener installed quickly and efficiently, but they even took the time to explain how it worked (I’m a technical guy, and that stuff fascinates me), as well as how I could best maintain it.

They were friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving.   I am happy to say that it works like a dream, and my water is not staining my sinks and tubs.  It also tastes better.  –Steve N.

When I came home late at night to find that my pipes had frozen, I thought I would need to stay in a hotel. I couldn’t shower, or brush my teeth, or use water for any purpose. Luckily, I called G & R Plumbing instead of a hotel. They were able to send someone out that night! I appreciate a plumbing company that is able to go the extra mile for their customers in an emergency.

I thought that emergency plumbing services were going to cost me an arm and a leg, but the pricing was very reasonable. And the service was the best I could ask for. The service technician got my pipes running again in less than an hour.

I am so glad to know that I have found a plumbing company in this area that can help me out anytime I need it. I will definitely be calling them again for all of my plumbing needs, emergency or otherwise.  –Rorie H.
